For a successful fulfilment of each recruitment assignment open and continuous communication between our consultants and their clients is of vital importance. Batenborch consultants consider the daily realization of this form of communication as an important mission and challenge.
The reputation of a recruitment office is tightly connected to the integrity of each individual consultant and the ethical norms he or she applies to his or her profession. In particular Batenborch commits never to approach a candidate placed previously by Batenborch with a client for a new job opportunity. Therefore Batenborch will under no condition actively approach candidates who are working for our clients.
FULFIL RECRUITMENT WITHIN REASONABLE TIMEFRAME
Each Batenborch consultant is bound by the obligation and the commitment to fulfil the recruitment assignment entrusted to him or her within a reasonable timeframe.
Batenborch consultants have the responsibility to serve their customers and candidates in a highly professional way. In order to assure our professionalism, Batenborch as an organization is committed to permanently educate its consultants with the knowledge and skills that are necessary to develop the required expertise.
In order to represent our customers most professionally in the labour market, we only accept recruitment assignments on the basis of exclusivity. We do not accept assignments for which we are neither qualified nor competent.
To assure and further optimise the quality of our services, we will audit our quality on a regular basis.
